Review: This map is a prediction of the 2008 election and is dated 11/25/07 which allows any view past 2008 know that this is only a prediction. The map itself is a basic chloropleth map representing democrat and republican voting in the 50 states and District of Columbia. A positive aspect of the map is the colors used are easy to decipher and also correspond to the traditional political party colors, red for republican and blue for democrat. The legend tallies the number of votes each state are good for but I feel the map should highlight or show in some perspective the 'swing' states who aren't decided, offering a better look at the possiblities of the election besides just flat out predicting democrat, As I recall, the last few states were quite important in President Obama's election run and this map was who was winning at the time. Overall though, this map is simple, easy to read, and provides a valid look how the U.S. is likely to vote.
